About
Panama Specialty Notes (PSN) is digital platform documenting and exploring Panama's specialty coffee scene.
We look at the people, places, coffees, ideas and stories shaping the ecosystem.
From baristas and competitions, producers and processing methods, roasters, cafés and the culture around coffee.
WHAT WE EXPLORE
Diverse Perspectives
Panama Specialty Notes (PSN) follows specialty coffee from different angles.
We explore the coffees, people, places, ideas and stories shaping Panama's specialty coffee scene, from producers and origins to baristas and roasters, competitions, cafés and the culture around coffee.
As PSN grows, its coverage will continue to expand across the different layers of Panama's coffee ecosystem, both locally and beyond its borders.
Beyond the cup
PSN is also a space for connection.
As the platform grows, we want to create new ways for people to engage with Panama's specialty coffee ecosystem, through conversations, experiences, collaborations, educational resources and carefully developed projects around coffee.
The goal is simple: to make Panama's specialty coffee easier to discover, understand and experience, from national scene to the international stage.
Panama, through coffee
There is much more to Panama's coffee scene than a cup.
Panama Specialty Notes is here to document it, one note at a time.
